Our enrollment process is designed to make sure each student is placed in the program that best meets their academic needs.
Complete the inquiry form with basic information about your student, grade level, academic needs, and the program you are interested in.
After receiving your inquiry, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for a phone consultation. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response. Our office is closed on weekends.
During the consultation, we will learn about your student’s academic needs, goals, learning preferences, and the type of support you are looking for. We will also discuss available programs, group placement, and scheduling.
Once we mutually agree that a New Light Educators program is a good fit and space is available, we will provide you with the complete class schedule and details of the selected service.
You will have an opportunity to review the schedule, program details, and fees before making a payment. Enrollment is not finalized until the program and schedule are agreed upon and payment is received.
For direct-pay families, we will provide instructions for completing payment for the selected program.
For families using TEFA funds, you can purchase approved services through the Odyssey Marketplace. Because New Light Educators offers multiple approved options on the Marketplace, we will guide you to the appropriate course or service for your student before you complete the purchase.
Once payment or the applicable TEFA Marketplace purchase has been received and confirmed, your student’s enrollment will be finalized. You will receive the necessary class and program information, and services will begin according to the agreed-upon schedule.
