Seven steps from inquiry to first class

Submit an inquiry form
Complete the inquiry form with basic information about your student, grade level,
academic needs, and the program you are interested in.

Phone consultation
After receiving your inquiry, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for a
phone consultation.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response. The office is closed on
weekends.

Discuss your student’s needs
During the consultation, we will learn about:
- Academic needs
- Goals
- Learning preferences
- Type of support needed
- Available programs
- Group placement
- Scheduling

Confirm program & availability
Once we mutually agree that a New Light Educators program is a good fit and
space is available, we will provide the complete class schedule and details of the
selected service.

Review & confirm
Families can review the schedule, program details, and fees.
Enrollment is not finalized until the program and schedule are agreed upon and
payment is received.

Complete payment
Direct-pay families receive instructions from NLE for completing payment for the
selected program.
Families using TEFA funds: New Light Educators offers approved services through
the Odyssey Marketplace. Because NLE offers multiple approved options there, we
will guide the family to the appropriate course or service before the family
completes the purchase.

Begin classes
Once payment or the applicable TEFA Marketplace purchase is received and
confirmed, enrollment is finalized, necessary class and program information is
provided, and services begin according to the agreed-upon schedule.
